Green Coast Award Sites 2024

There are 70 Green Coast Award sites throughout Ireland for 2024. These beaches all have excellent water quality and are managed by the local authority in partnership with one or more local Clean Coasts groups.

Wexford County Council closed off public access to Grange beach due to material falling from the adjacent cliff on to the beach access. Funding has been secured by the council for works to be undertaken to address the issue. Until such works are completed access to the public will be restored the Green Coast Award flag, awarded to Grange for the 2024 season will not be flown.
